Sweet like soda. Dark like monsters.

Sodas & Monsters is an emotional pop project from France, blending electro textures, rock energy and subtle shades of country and blues. The name reflects the essence of their sound: the mix of sweet, catchy pop melodies — the “sodas” — with darker, heavier undertones — the “monsters” — creating a musical universe that balances light and shadow.

The duo brings together Ben, singer and songwriter, and Thom, a multi-instrumentalist who transforms ideas into rich, immersive soundscapes. Ben has been writing songs for years, including for other projects such as Fuseo, which has reached over five million streams. His honest lyrics and memorable melodies give the band its emotional core. Thom, a versatile musician playing multiple instruments, shapes these stories into a distinctive sonic identity where organic instruments meet modern production.

The band is now preparing the release of their first EP, a six-track record produced by Christian “Wind” Lang (Cock Robin) and mastered by Binj (Parcels, Thomas Bangalter).
